Hi, for the last 3 days I had zero impressions and views, which never happened before. Hoping this is some sort of system glitch rather than no visitors. Anyone else experiencing this, please? Thank you!

@NataliaMcIntosh @DesiredDream This is affecting many people and has been reported. Several people have highlighted it under the heading ‘Problem with stats page’ in the category Folksy Issues and Updates, so you might like to have a look at that and add your comments. Hopefully it will be solved soon!

I have figures showing but they seem ridiculously high.

Need some help please. For 2 days no visitors in my shop? Just not sure why? I change few thing in my shop, got sale on now. Just wonder what I’ve done wrong? Never happened before.

Its the same for me I wondered if it was some kind of glitch. Because it think normally your own views must be counted. I have put new stuff in my shop plus re listed items just to test it out. I have also clicked on my linktree link in my profile Instagram which should register tomorrow (Tuesday 3 May).
I will click on your shop just to test it out as well.

I think it must be a glitch, it’s happened before. I have had no views/impressions for two days, so you’re not alone.

Yes it’s the same with me for yesterday and today - no visitors, no impressions. I check Google analytics every day as well, and they show normal visitor statistics on my pages, so I believe it is a Folksy glitch.
Yes me too, no visitors or impressions either , I was surprised because of it being a weekend and usually have more on a weekend , especially a bank holiday weekend.

Me too. Though I only have three cards for sale, as I am just trying to see if I can sell an item before listing more, so don’t expect that many views.
Hi Rachel, a suggestion to help you get more visitors - Folksy tags aren’t instagram tags, they are used for the internal search algorithm. Folksy tags need to be phrases that people will put into the search box so don’t need a # .
