@LooneySpoons We recently updated our Folksy Friday templates so if you use the link from that blog post they’ll already be 4:5.
A lot of the templates still have a square main grid, but have faded boxes above and below to make it up to the correct size, so for these you just need to remember to add your item photos again in those spaces to give it a subtle repeated look.

@itsatwinthing Like on our Folksy Friday from last week, where the main images are repeated on the edges, but because they’re faded, they don’t stand out as duplicates. It just gives a more natural look than big white bars at the top/bottom when you still want to use a square grid but fit Instagram’s new size preference.
