Mine havent changed in days.

Mine didn’t change yesterday either, and I know I had visits because I had sales, don’t really know before that though as I didn’t check. Today they are supposed to change at 9, so we will see. Others have mentioned it in another thread as well.

Its 9am, is it? I assumed 12 midnight.

I would swear I’ve seen somewhere they change at 9, unless I remember porky pies  One of the world’s greatest mysteries most of the times with them

Well, whether midnight, overnight, or 9am, mine didn’t change for today either.

Frozen here too.

And for me for 4 days now. I was going to report it yesterday and then forgot - will do it now.

Yes still frozen, did it coincide with the new search?

I suspect it did Christine and that would make sense as I guess stats would need hooking up with the new search in some way. I’ve reported it to Folksy Support this morning :slightly_smiling_face:

Still frozen but this reincarnation weren’t very useful anyway - perhaps they can fix these at the same time as fixing the new search facility that loads of us have complained about! :upside_down_face:

Im feeling rather doom and gloom, but fixing ANYTHING at this point would be rather nice.

I really miss the stats. First thing I look at in the morning.

They won’t change because nobody has viewed our items   due to them being invisible.
Just been trying for over half hour to get the last webinar to play on playback but that froze as well..

Mine havn’t changed either Gail, nothing seems to be actually working at the minute so I’m seriously considering a second shop elewehere when I get chance to look into it.

Hi Debbie

I have just sent a message to support with another pressing suggestion issue I was promised would be implimented this quarter! Hopefully James will have the message passed on to him.

Sales are going to seriously suffer with the ‘Trump’ tricks. It’s already causing global devastation on the world markets. It’s going to make people think twice before they part with even a little money. I don’t care what others may think regarding their sales not being hit. Personal saving pension pots and grandchildrens savings pots have already depleted! In time it will recover, but for some it’s too late! In the last 1990’s world recession I lost £3,000.00 on a savings account i had in stocks and shares. It never recovered as it had a poor fund manager! Some older sellers like myself have seen world markets slumps having disastrous effects on the avarage worker; including loosing their homes due to mass unemployment as banks and building societies forclosed on their mortgages.

Did you get any response back?

I have looked into opening another shop but decided now isn’t the time to spend hard earnt peanuts until the world markets improve and settle back down again. I have now stopped selling to the USA and last month lost two very good jewellery sales due to the new EU regulations which came into force recently. One was from France and the other was in Turkey. Our markets are slowly depleting and soon we will be left with selling within the u.k only. It’s very depressing and sole destroying to keep motivation going at the moment.

I did - just an acknowledgement though so I can’t shed any light on the why or when it’ll be fixed :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Gail, it is very soul destroying but to be honest the whole mess with the Folksy searches isn’t going to help, any potential customers there may have been will have gone elsewhere.
I usually just get on with it, very happy with Folksy and of course the Folksy team and being very loyal to stay here regardless of whether sales have been good or not at times but I am now seriously rethinking, this is my business that I have built up for over 11 years and unfortunately sometimes we have to think about number one.
I have been very busy with dolls and have just finished the last one so ready to list tomorrow but my enthusiasm has taken a nose dive and i think what’s the point when they don’t even stand a chance of being seen.
It is difficult and I agree international trade will become a thing of the past before too long especially all the time the US has a leader like they do..but that perhaps makes it more important to spread myself out and hopefully increase the chances of being seen.
I would happily retire, I have so many things i want to do myself and this job is 10 to 12 hours every day, when I finish for tea on an evening I then spend the night knitting accessories until bedtime, it’s the only way I can make it worthwhile so I have a choice either spread myself over two platforms or close because Folksy isn’t working right now.
I know I possibly need to ride it out and see what changes are made before making rash decisions that i might regret later, but it is hard to stay positive especially as the world is such a shit place at the moment, everything around us is so depressing and we have world leaders that think they can take whatever they wish and do whatever they like.
I need a holiday… time to think about where I want to go with it, 11 years in and last year I invested a huge amount of money into more stock so a lot to consider, hopefully things will look better in a few days.
