I’m trying to edit the tags for this item. One of them seems to be entered twice but I can’t delete either of the duplicate entries. Anyone else experienced anything similar?
ooo, ignore me. I’ve just gone back to the entry and it’s now deleted both of the tags! It must have saved the changes although they weren’t previewing and it wasn’t letting me add an additional tag until after I saved and then went back in to edit. I’ll leave this up though in case anyone has a similar problem.
I’ve been having the same issues the last few days while doing new listings or editing others…it’s frustrating and I lost all my info on one listing Rachel @grasshoppermade
I have noticed it happens when using the new listing page, if you add the same tag twice, it completely messes them up, I had cases where it was showing 5-6 tags to be the same. You try to delete them and one will be deleted, the original (I assume), but not necessarily the one you are clicking on. Then you click on more to delete them but it won’t do anything. Save your changes and go back in and they won’t be duplicated any more. Could you possibly have a look on that Kim @kimfolksy ?
