I changed my user name via Folksy support from ‘christopherwyattoriginals’ to just ‘chriswyattoriginals’. Everything seemed OK but I have just noticed that Talk Folksy Showcase is still using the old username. So my posts from Talk Folksy go to the wrong place. Can anyone advise how I get this corrected please.
When you look at the main talk folksy page you should see your avatar top right corner, tap on that then the head and shoulders icon (bottom of the list under the bell icon). Preferences, profile, scroll down the page to where it says website and put in the new details then hit save.
(For some reason i want to suggest logging out of the forum, clearing the cache and then log back in again as another way but that might be for updating something else )
Thanks Sasha. The last paragraph on your reply turned out to be the solution. Once I logged out and back in again everything worked fine. I’m very grateful. All working properly now.
