I have been trying to tidy up my expired listings, but am a bit confused as I have sold items in there with zero stock, why aren’t they showing in sold items?? Any idea??
When you sell an item, it goes into your ‘out of stock’ listings as well as showing as ‘sold’, so you can re-stock the item if you want to. When your ‘out of stock’ listings expire, they move into ‘expired’ listings.
By the way, if you delete expired listings, they will no longer show as ‘sold items’. Better to leave them as expired.
