Liz if you post two of your favourites then when I have time I will have a look around you shop and bookmark some for pinning through out the month.
Thank you, Sue. Here are a couple :
I love the needle case, however no where in the description does it say itās made from remnants or that it is upcycled.
Have added some bits to the descriptions. My āaboutā section says everything is made from leftovers.
Thanks.
If not suitable for your page, then just ignore.
Needle case has now been pinned, thanks for adding the made from remnants info.
Thank you! You are a real Ambassador for Folksy, and us non-techy folk really appreciate it.
Youāre very welcome and I am more than happy to help when and where I can. I just do not do well if I am obligated to do something as I then feel stressed and get nothing done⦠go figure
How about jewellery made from an old 10 pin bowling ball? (only the colourful plastic on the outside no one wants all that weight hanging off their ears)
Or waste resin from a custom surfboard workshop in Cornwall turned into a pendant
I have got quite a lot of the cured resin but the layers of colour arenāt consistent through out the block making each piece unique.
The earrings made from old bowling ball are perfect and have just been pinned
thank you very much
(I really should get back into pinning and folksy friday boards but I ended up buying rather a lot in the process)
Well, to be honest, all my items are unique and many use upcycled fabrics, but how about this one - a plaster cast of bluebells. There are others currently listed as well.
I am no longer making these as they are too heavy to carry en masse to fairs, so Iāve gone back to textiles. That means all these plaster casts, while always one-offs because of the way they are made, are now truly one of a kind. Plaster cast wall plaque - bluebells - unique s... - Folksy
Thanks now pinned
Thank you, now pinned
Thank you

and thank you for including my Steampunk jacket on your board
Hya love this thread as most of my items are repurposed materials, its a passion of mine. I usually used rescued furnishing material that business discard when they go bankrupt of end of lines etc. So many more in my shop but hers and exampleā¦
Thanks for looking. stylishstash. Jacqui
