Hi I can’t get a website link that goes directly to my shop. Can anyone help me out?

Hi, i did try that and it was what I did before. Still doesn’t work if I click on the link in your email it works buy if I add the link to my Facebook page it goes to the folksy home page?

Make sure the box on facebook is completely clear before you put the link in - sometimes they partially prefill them which then causes a bad link which would take you to the homepage. If that doesn’t work then I’m afraid you’ve exceeded my knowledge (its been a long time since I updated that info on FB) and your best bet maybe to find a teenager as they seem to know everything about social media.

I’m confused, it’s supposed to be ‘handmade’ this works on Instagram but not Facebook. But the link you sent me says ‘homemade’ and that link works from your email ?? :confused:

I found you on instagram and the link there has ‘homemade’ in it like the url I posted, the link you have put on your facebook page has ‘handmade’ in it and doesn’t work. If you email support@folksy.com they can change your shop url to betibutsihandmade but you would then need to up date instagram.
