Gorgeous feather Max. How’s your dad doing?

Great depth to that one Brenda, it looks very summery.

Enjoy your guests Gaynor, I love having lots of people around.

Hehe I can’t cut straight either - I have a steel rule, a stanley knife and a guillotine to take care of that for me  Lovely garden scenes, the yellow roses are my favourite.

Waving Margaret, looking forward to seeing your flowers.

I’ve just listed this elephant hawk moth, again based on the photo that @JOYSofGLASS allowed me to use, but this time I moved him to a fuchsia bush and gave him some antannae

Which photo do you like the best?

I like the top one best too, though both are very similar!

Thanks, that’s useful to know. The only difference is the background, I’ve taken the wallpaper out by putting a long piece of watercolour paper over the wall.

yes I do that sometimes too Stephie, I think its good to ring the changes, that why sometimes I go for a plain look and other a more staged arrangement like today with the books in this one …

I do all mine the same for unity across my shop. And to be honest it’s easier too lol. I like how you’ve done yours on some relevant books.

Thanks I thought it might be fun … and we have gardening books !!!

I do know what you mean about keeping a looking nice and crisp and I did do that for a while, I think folksy mentioned it in their blog, but I’ve decided that I like a mix and a bit quiky too, as my Art is a bit Quirky and so I am I to be honest lol

So that’s what was different! I couldn’t work it out, I didn’t spot that the background was different.

I’ve not been able to get onto the forums for ages, don’t know if it’s my computer or it’s been down…?

Folksy seems very slow today Margaret, I had to wait ages to do my listings

I prefer it with the plain background Stephie. I like the idea of the books Hazel.
Great ur Mum’s enjoying the pastels Margaret. I agree with the comments re paper. Another thing she could try is VERY fine black or grey wet and dry sandpaper.

Hi everyone and loving all your work. Took me a while to find the link to the forum today!

I prefer the top one too Stephie.
Gaynor I was pleased with my cards from Moo but now use a local printer as they can do them in different sizes, cheaper too as I don’t have to pay postage.

I couldn’t find a forum post for blogs but here it is, about my poorly cat who is thankfully now fully recovered

Off to read your blog Annabel…btw, did you know you’ve put it in the April blog thread? There should be one for June somewhere.

EDIT: I just tried to comment on your blog but it said I was posting comments too quickly. Odd as I haven’t posted any other comments on wordpress all week.

Anyway, what I wanted to say was I hope Lottie continues to improve, and I love the poppy and bunny bag, it’s very effective.
