I seem to be on a felting frenzy just now. Today I made a scarf and added some lovely Harris Tweed to a felted neck warmer I made earlier this week. I have some needle felting to finish tomorrow and another wet felted scarf to make. Oh and I’m knitting socks too. Happy days!

I’ve known how to knit since I was a small child but I’m just learning to knit to a pattern, i’m so excited about my first make (a hooded cardigan for my god daughter). I’ll post a pic when I’m done x

I’m hoping to finish off a commissioned Memory Door, it’s a bit like one of my Fairy Doors but includes special pet memories.

I’m halfway through making some jewellery for my friend and her 2 daughters. Had an unexpected chq and commission through the post from her which was a lovely surprise! Have made her blue lapis necklace with clip on earrings set as in photo. Halfway through a green set now and soon to start on a black set. Sat listening to comedy on R4 extra while I play

Spent the day painting my kitchen - tomorrow I hope to get to work on a new scarf based on this design. Involves a bit of a new technique for me so not 100% sure how it will turn out!

I’ve been gardening today, it was blooming freezing!!!- craft wise I’m making a multi media bag but it’s still at the very early stages at moment and I haven’t had time to do much of it lately.

Having made a Viking knit and birthstone bracelet for my sister-in-law’s birthday yesterday, thought I’d try a range of them in different metals. Totally kicking myself for forgetting to shoot it before posting it off!

Been cutting and filing some new wax designs to use in casting, hoping to get them filed sanded and ready to list before whipping them off to the assay office.

I’ve just got back from Finland so its the heady combination of unpacking/ laundry and figuring out how to get the slabs of spectrolite I bought in a market to Alex the lapidarist
he’s done a wonderful job on rocks I’ve bought back in the suitcase in the past so I’m confident he’ll have no problems with these beauties I’m just not sure I trust royal mail with them.
