Are they pencil sketches or ink?..you need to preserve them, so that people on Bargain Hunt can see them in 50 year’s time…
I have had an order for TEN cartoon cards from a family member…so I will do those this week too and hopefully get some more listed on here. I would like to stock my shop with a selection of different styles…cater for everyone.
I might be late on here tomorrow as the gas board are coming to talk about a new boiler (we will also get other quotes as the gas board are expensive) and Tesco is coming at the same time…goodbye to the last of our savings but a boiler is important…can’t be getting cold…
Morning everyone waving frantically. Sketch book looks great Stephie, I actually dug out my Egypt and New York memory scraps yesterday I have got a lovely large scrap album to start on, just need a few more hours in the day, still not completed my art journal for last month either yet lol!

The sketches don’t take long, just 5 or 10 minutes maximum each day. They’re all done in ink so that I can’t rub out, I’m not trying to achieve perfection, just a series of quick sketches. The diary format is brill, it shouts at me if I miss a day! I’ve never got more than one day behind.
Congrats on all those card sales Brenda! My dad still has his golf one that you did a couple of years ago.

I’ve got to dash to the dentist shortly, a filling has come out of one of my front teeth and it hurts when hot or cold gets into it!

I’ve been up early painting. Hubby is at work early this week so I’m up too. My favourite time in my studio so I’m happy.
I had no plan today and I’m up todate in all my recent commissions so I’ve been having fun.

I have painted ice cream before, in fact I have sold a couple. One is in a holiday resort guest accommodation on the south Coast as far as I’m aware

Well take me to the bottom of our stairs, I just got a cheque from Royal Mail refunding me for that painting that went missing in February! For the full amount too

I have some butterfly paintings…I will add them to the thread as soon as I am sorted.
Waving Max…we have agreed to use the gas board because although they were about £300 more expensive that other quotes we had…they are throwing in a lot of extras, including suspending our gas service payment for a year (that is worth over £300 on its own), throwing in a radio controlled thermostat (we don’t even have one) an outlet cover…ours is going rusty and giving us a voucher for over £50…and they are going to flush out the whole system as one of the radiators is full of sludge and is cold in the middle…so the little extras count for a lot.

Sorry i’ve been AWOL been very busy sorting mug suppliers. Hope everyone’s keeping well., hellooooo to all the lovely new people.
Just been catching up on all the truly fabulous art!!!
Sorry to hear about the fox Brenda, she looked beautiful.
I’m doing trials with two new mug suppliers so fingers crossed will all be back on track soon. Finally back in studio this week working on new squirrel designs 
Forgot i had show’d you the completed Walrus Wash (i need to come up with a proper title for him)

Margaret, glad your tooth is sorted. I always think the best time with dentists is as you leave the surgery because then it is the next longest time before you need to go back.
The sun is shining but there is ice on the car.
I was very busy yesterday with the gas man coming about a new boiler and then hubby wanted to go shopping, so no painting done…that means I need to paint double today…this year so far I have PAINTED 236 paintings…I am keeping a tally as I am interested to see how many I paint in a year!
Don’t forget everyone, that stamps increase in price on 30th, so stock up now if you can/
