I find this strange too lately, some stuff that was sold ages ago and presumed that people must be viewing it in the ‘reviews’ section and that’s why it was showing in ‘views’ but what I find more frustrating is the fact that the amount of ‘views’ visible is a fraction of the actual views that I get . A couple of days ago I had 27 views (in 24 hours) yet there were only 5 visible in my ‘most views’ This morning I had 4 views and only 3 of that 4 were visible! I know there is never the amount of views that are indicated visible but they seem to be getting less and less that you are actually able to see in the stats and the whole point for me is to see what people are actually looking for and therefore what is popular. I feel your frustration! 
I am having the same problem. Views of items I know I have looked at to amend do not show, and most views are of sold items, some up to 4 years ago.
I noticed this morning that several of my most viewed items are ones that I sold long ago. I do get them pop up, but have never had this many at once!
I don’t often look at Folksy stats, they don’t seem to mean much to me or help with shopkeeping.
- For example, in the last 30 days I have almost 29 thousand impressions - wonderful and so what!
- Actual views are apparently 1663, which is almost exactly double the total of the “where are your shop visitors coming from” breakdown, so which is correct?
- Using the breakdown figures and excluding the Forums line, gives about 350 visitors came to my shop this month and didn’t buy anything
During the same 30 day period on E*** I had 415 visitors which resulted in 8 orders.
- On the stats page I can see how many visits on each day, and I can compare to same period last year so easy to spot trends.
- This data is carried across to the listings, so I can choose which items to renew.
My stats today seem to be back to normal.
Mine must still be broken. Even when I sell something that item does not show as a view.
If I was to believe my stats today then I didn’t have any item views at all yesterday and I might as well give up now, yet I know that a number of items were viewed. It’s very annoying

I have no views at all, which may be true, as last sale was September, but I have been active/joining in on the forums a bit more, and had a few likes and favouring of a few items, which is really lovely but no views, which surely would happen wouldn’t it?
Going to get my daughters again to specifically view a couple of items to test, as it’s all I can think of!
Agree it’s disheartening.
Well, I have no views at all for yesterday, either for my shop or items…yet somehow I sold 4 items yesterday!

All zeros for yesterday - although I think @dougfolksy was doing some adjustments which may have effected things.

I have 0 for everything today to. 
Same for me, yesterday I thought maybe it was a one off but two days running and for so many of us it’s unlikely. Hopefully the wonderful team at Folksy HQ will sort it soon.

I’m glad to have found this thread! Despite engaging with the daily challenge my stats for the last 2 days have shown zeros for everything. Glad it’s not just me but it would be nice to have it sorted.
There is probably a software error somewhere.
For the third day I have round zeros.
3 days of zero stats now @dougfolksy Could the team let us know when this will be fixed please?
Update - 24 hr stats now showing but majority of ‘most viewed’ items are already sold items, one from over a year ago! Which is odd.
