Been loading photos fine all day but now they won’t load. Anyone else having problems this evening?
I’ve had problem several times today getting the site to actually show any photos. Last shop front I pulled up I gave up waiting after 5 minutes.
And yes I am now absolutely unable to list as I get photo error every time.

I had let my shop run empty. Been filling it again over the past couple of days. It’s hardly encouraging when you come back and the same problems for years ago are still here 
I could only load one photo to my new listing.

Me neither. I’ve emailed Folksy support in the hope that it’ll be sorted.

Same here. Tried both my phone and my laptop but neither worked. Thought it was just me so came here to check.

Great. Just logged in to restock the shop and can’t load any photos. Not even one at a time! Hope this gets sorted soon…

Same here - trying to update my calendar listings from 2023 calendars to 2024 calendards and can’t upload the new photos.
Yep, me too. Tried laptop and phone. Getting an error message on both.

Just to clarify @dougfolksy Since I think Saturday pm I have been having problems with the photos showing on shop fronts, Folksy front page… This was before I discovered I couldn’t load new photos at all either.

Just checked (I’m using Firefox on a Mac desktop) and the front page looks fine to me - photos load OK and reload pretty much instantly when the page is refreshed - but I definitely still can’t add photos to my listings 
Thought it was just me. I’ve been trying all morning. Thought it was an issue with my photos so in between other demands on my time, I’ve been saving photos in different formats and all sorts, to try to get it to work!
hi, I also have this problem, I wanted to insert another article, but it won’t let me upload the photos
Just tried on the app works fine, however cannot load through the add listing on the main site.
I’m also having problems loading photos, tried so many times but keep getting the red circle error.
Hey everyone, just to say we’re aware of this issue. The issue comes from our Image service provider who is having this issue and it’s affecting all their customers.
They’re actively working on fixing this issue and hopefully it won’t be long until everything’s back to normal.
