I’m having issues too but not with uploading photos. It wouldn’t save my new listing I’d just done I had to try 3 times ![]()
Good morning
Can you message support@folksy.co.uk with your issues and they will look into it for you
Is there something wrong with the site Sarah as I not able to edit or move photos around on the listing page
Not as far as I know. What device are you using?
iPad Pro. I’ve not had any issues really till today, I’m listing new stock and it was behaving badly but seems to have settled now
I’ll ask the team if there was a problem earlier - was it the new listing page that you were using?
I’m having the same problem - it seems to work if I move and sort of shove into place with a bit of force but if I try and drag and drop gently (like I’ve always done) it jumps back to the wrong place.
What device are you using Sharon @TheOldButton? Is it the new listing form?
Both actually as some are new set up some old set up
I get this too Jacqui @PreciousNewbornKnits I’m listing on a Google pixel9. I’ve found the only way to clear it is to switch my phone off then on again, and only add one image at a time. It’s a royal pain though.
Yes I’ve had that for a couple of days. Irritating !! Always use my laptop.
I’ve had no problem uploading or deleting photos but can’t move them where I want to easily.
They seem to ‘stutter’ and end up a couple of places away from where I intended. I use a PC.
Yes that precisely
I’m using a Chromebook and everything appears to be working normally for me. Is it a problem on a particular device perhaps?
Just moved a couple of photos on a listing using my phone.
I wonder if it is better to move top to bottom rather than trying bottom to top and left to right not right left.
Never noticed it though until recently
PS On my laptop so thought i would have a proper play.
It is working perfectly including on the two listings I did yesterday where i struggled to get my photos into the order i wanted and even a trial new listing. I could move left right top bottom and back again and everything slid exactly where it told it to.
Maybe a fix has been applied to the little gremlin
It should all be working correctly now ![]()
An update last week caused a little glitch but it’s now been fixed.
If you notice any more problems, please let us know and we can investigate.
I was using laptop, Firefox browser, new listing form, Sarah @dotterypottery
Glad you (Doug?) found a fix.
