And again here @konyskiw, you have been really helpful. Thank you for your time with this. As I said in my other resply to your reply, as a means to thank you I have liked lots of your items. xx
here’s mine, I hardly bother with facebook or twitter but mainly Instagram, I have been making more of an effort with my titles as well - being more descriptive - this has been my best year ever!
@RobynCoetzee Aww thank you and it’s no problem, I like to help out when I can. Helping other sellers helps Folksy grow, which is good for us all
Where are your shop visitors coming from?
Just curious really as to what the Misc is. Have been reading the post from over a year ago. Very interesting to find out what the Misc is. It is high on everybodies list (apart from the Folksy Forums that is).
I have a Facebook Shop, but it’s not listed in my stats. Ha ha ha.

Misc covers a multitude of sins including everything that the computer can’t trace back to source. So a lot of misc is where people have been using an app (instagram or facebook normally, also some email accounts), click on a link that they have seen and have to transfer from the app to chrome/ safari etc to get to your folksy shop. That transferring from app to browser breaks the link and confuses the analytics.
Oh thanks Sasha. So my Facebook page may be working after all??? It’s actually quite nice that Google is working too.
